Dear Employee engagement is the hot topic in today's HR World. My summer training Topic was "Talent Engagement". For that i have prepared a questionnaire and collected the data by visiting various companies and meeting the HR or the Branch Manager or any of the senior representative of the company and asked what all activities are conducted in the organisation to retain the employees. Similarly you can do so to collect the data which will also help you to understand the HR's in and outs.
Do this and then get in touch with me then i will guide you how to compile the data and what else we can do in this topic.
