Hi!
I have joined a new Software Company as an HR administrator.I have to frame HR policies and code of conduct for the Co. so could you please help me with that and could you please tell me that what are the most essential points which should be included in HR Policies and code of conduct

2.incentives
3.working conditions
4.disciplinary actions which can be taken in case of violation of code of conduct
5. policies pertaining to training and development of employees
6.charter of duties can be made
