As a HR first you need to take all nomination forms/ Declarations from employees (Joining Kit), Prepare policies (Leave, OT, POSH etc), submit notice of opening (Form A) to labour departmen under gratuity act, Pay monthly contribution (PF & ESIC) on or before 15th of every month, Maintain statutory registers and forms as per Factory/ Shop & Establishment Act, Display all statutory notices in the premises. Plan training (Soft skills/ Technical training) to your employees
