I am working with reputed branded franchise store in Ahmadabad . i am working since 14 years and working as store manager post . my salary basic 59400 and gross salary 99000 Rs. last month suddenly my owner called me inform me tomorrow onwards you are not join the store as for the work and give you resignation without showing any reason demanding me resign.
I have refused their demand and i have told i will not give you the resignation without give any reason for leave job .after 15 day i have got the the show cause notice cum pending inquire suspicion letter as per model standing order from the company side.
kindly give me suggestion what do i have to do and how will replay this notice

You May Submit your Written Explanation/Reply to the Charges/ Acts of Misconduct "alleged" against you in the Show-Cause Notice/ Charge-Sheet issued to you, touching Upon All the Allegations leveled AND Take Part in the Inquiry Proceedings as soon as you receieve Intimation to attend /participate in the Inquiry Proceedings scheduled by the Inquiry Officer Or the Inquiry Committee.
During the Inquiry Proceedings which Must Be held in accordance with the Principles ofNatural Justice and the Procedures laid down for such Domestic/ Internal Inquiry, carefully "Present Your Case" For Truth Shall Always Prevail" " Satyameve Jayate" andNo Employer and OR No Inquiry Officer / Committee Can TAKE the Risk of Being / Remainig ARBITRARY .
