1Skills and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and coordination with Accounts to issue Performa invoices to our customers as required.
- To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to Company business.
- Respond to all sales inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
- Prepare correspondence, necessary forms as well as prepare proposals or other letters as directed.
- To meet customers to discuss their requirements.
- Develops strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction
- Work with sales personnel to achieve required sales team goals.
- Data Entry in Sales MIS Software and generate necessary reports
- Coordination for sales activities with reseller and channel partners
- Preparation of Case studies of projects executed in discussion with customers to build marketing material for distribution.
- Preparation of newsletters on monthly basis and distribute to customers
- Provide sales update and stories or customer testimonials in marketing material
Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Diploma in CRM will be an advantage
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and writing skills in English are a must)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to build strong relationship with customers and close orders on phone or mail
- Enthusiastic, hard working, well organised and able to prioritise.
- Desirable to have knowledge & experience of working in the Automation industry.
