Contact a CA and take his help in registering the company with the name. Initially start off with BD activities i.e approaching companies to sign up as vendors. Then think of buying portals and hiring people. This has to be a parallel activity. Make sure the delivery and revenue generation are 2 priorities in this business.Look at known contact to join you first and then slowly hire from the market.
