My of a/c is very old(35yrs), after closure of our mill I have withdrawn my entire of amount but how shall I get my pension.

There is no head and tail of your background. Are you talking about pension from EPF/EPScheme? If yes better go to the Employees Provident Commissioner's office of your area where your mill was located and discuss with the officials who are dealing with the pension. I doubt very much they'll have their records to help you after 35 yrs.
Where you employed, NTC mills? Give us some more details, though it's difficult to give any valuable guidance, let us give a try.

EPF Pension system is from 1995 it was not available 35 yrs ago
in that era FPS was available and if the employee completed 10 yrs then only they issued the eligibility certificate otherwise they paid full amount back to employee on withdrawal , so if there is no scheme certificate, no question of pension arise
