hello frnz, i wanna know the salary limits for PF and ESI. i wanna clarification regarding the Rs.6500.00 limit of salary for PF plz do help me. your frnd Vipul

Yes, Rs.6500/- of Basic is the limit to deduct PF. If the Basic is more than 6500/- then it is left to company whether to continue PF for the employee or not.
For ESI Rs. 10,000/- is the limit.Below this limit you have to pay ESI.
