Dear Ankita,
All the best for ur role.if u really have the zest of being gud Hr, there is no need for any certification, get on the job training, day to day activities will give u more knowledge.
How ever, there r three requirements for u to define
1.How kind of hr set up does ur organization require.
2.what are the resources available.
3.Is the management ready for the implementation.
Clarify the above with your management, then it would be the right time for u to have a perfect start.
