Dear HRs, Hope you all are well.
I need one suggestion. I have recently joined an IT company which is startup & they have employee strength of 8-10 members only. Due to startup it is really have less work to do. So I used to be free all the time as the recruitment is also not much high.
I am also on learning stage as I have 1 year experience only so i don't know what things I can do.
Kindly suggest what steps I need to take to improve the company growth & my growth as well.

Dear sir,
First of all stop thinking about growth and all. for first three months do the needful and go with the flow. understand all employees and work they do, what's company have and what doesn't, what needs to be done to get there. don't run too fast. All the best..........
