Dear HRs,

Hope you all are well. I need one suggestion. I have recently joined an IT company, which is a startup, and they have an employee strength of 8-10 members only. Due to being a startup, there is really less work to do. So, I find myself free most of the time as recruitment is also not very high. I am also at a learning stage as I have only 1 year of experience, so I don't know what things I can do.

Kindly suggest what steps I need to take to improve the company's growth and my growth as well.

TIA

Isn’t there anyone who can suggest me for this?

Dear sir,

First of all, stop thinking about growth and all. For the first three months, do the needful and go with the flow. Understand all employees and the work they do, what the company has and what it doesn't, and what needs to be done to get there. Don't run too fast. All the best...
