Dear HRs,
Hope you all are well. I need one suggestion. I have recently joined an IT company, which is a startup, and they have an employee strength of 8-10 members only. Due to being a startup, there is really less work to do. So, I find myself free most of the time as recruitment is also not very high. I am also at a learning stage as I have only 1 year of experience, so I don't know what things I can do.
Kindly suggest what steps I need to take to improve the company's growth and my growth as well.
TIA
