The Supreme Court announces that all the special allowances are to be included as basic wages for calculation of PF .Can any one tell me how to breakup salary now.what are the component of breakup. One of our employee's Gross Salary is 72000.(basic 38160 , HRA 14000 , Conveyance 9996 ,Special All 6664 and Med. all 3180. His PF deduction is 4579. Does it effects his breakup or not.
2nd employee's gross salary is 21330 ( basic 11000, HRA 5000 ,Conv. 3730 and med. all. 1600) pf ded is 1320. Does it effects his breakup or not.
Please clarify.
