Hi , I have worked in a Consultancy for 7 Months. I didn't get the salary on time in any month here.And I didn't get any type of incentives even I achieved my targets.
And the owner doesn't give any kind of professional docs like Experience Certificate,Increment Letter ,So I have left that org without serving notice period , Now the co Owner is not giving my full month salary even I have worked there for full month ,What Should I do now?
