Please do not issue any termination letter to the employee as this could turn out to be considered as discrimination or harassment on the grounds of ill health. The best option is to inform the government authorities at their helpline number and they will come over and take care of the matter by ordering by law for the employee to get admitted for treatment or quarantine.
