i'll let you know, whenever i find good job opportunities..(in a couple of days..) can u plz let me know the reason y u r looking to get out from recruitment, i believe you will be paid more in recruitment rather than in generalist HR .
bcoz am into admini. HR for the past 6 months.... i have a wide scope to get into generalist HR as well as other specialisation like pay roll, compensation and etc..! but am being paid less.. and came to know thru friends and collegues generalist HR is being paid less.. comparing to IT Recruitment.. that's way am planning to get into recruitment...
plz let me know what does your experience say about recruitment?
What do you suggest me and give your comments....
