hi seniors,I have completed M.S.W. with specialization of H.R.M.&L.W. from Pune.I tried for generalist profile but as I did not get any opportunity so recently I have started my carrier as an executive recruiter in one of the consultancy so is it good for my future growth because as I am interested only in H.R. generalist profile.so please guide me.

First basic thing for HR is need to source the profile from the portal & through reference.Making employees to come for interview is a big thing so don't worry learn this things from the consultancy there are many concern needed to hire your kind of profile from that you can learn other parts of HR activities also.don't start your carrier with doubtful be confident & be successful.
