Dear Friends
There is a case, Dy. Director of ESIC is asking for inspection the record of the year 1999-2000, but it is not possible to us to provide such a old record.
Is there any ruling or guidelines regarding the inspection or to preserve the record of last five years?
Thanking You,
Regards,
Rajesh
