I am working in automobiles industry as an HRM, i would like to know the actual processor of training and development. As i need to issue the offer, Appointment letters and employee of the month certificates please share the forms and formats for my smooth functioning.
CMD has asked that if sales staff are getting monthly incentives along with monthly salary which will be more than 21,000 so he/she will be eligible for bonus in the same package.

Thank you for your valuable response, i would like to know if a sales person is getting 25,000 per month and also getting monthly incentives, so my CMD sir's question is that if he wont provide the bonus so as he is giving an incentives on per sale. The 8.33% from gross or from basic of salary? i think it may be from basic, i also want the proper leave policy for four wheeler.
