Hi Camilia,
If you realy want to make a shift from recruitment to training, you need to have the flair for training. Since you are into recruitment, you must have the idea of the requirement of the positions. Not all the candidates have the skills as desired by the recruiter.
Think over it , and try to develop ideas to teach those skills, for Ex. soft skills like communication, leadership, attitude, positive thinking etc.you may take help from others who are into training.
Start approaching the training providers to give you a start, and if you can understand what is desired and how is has to be delivered, you can be a sucessful trainer.
Hope this is helphul.
