It is really difficult to find the exact break-up as every company has its own set of policies for defining the basic salary, HRA and other components.

In the absence of break-up, it is not possible to find your actual take home salary and we can only guess.

This is one of the probable break-up of your 36000 per month salary:

Take home India 32.74 Thousand, CTC 4.68 Lakh, Year 2014 - AM22 Salary Calculator India

These are some of the suggestions to increase your take home and save on tax;

You can invest Rs. 124080 more to take the full advantage of tax free investment to lower your taxes.

You can reduce your yearly tax by Rs. 12780 if you can invest 124080 more in tax saving investments.

This will increase your monthly in-hand salary by Rs. 1161

It seems you are living in your own home. If it is owned by any of your family member, then you can pay them monthly home rent of upto Rs. 10800 and reduce your yearly tax by Rs. 11124. It will also increase your monthly in-hand by Rs. 927.

If you can provide the yearly medical bills of Rs. 15000 , You can save tax upto Rs. 1545 and increase your monthly in-hand by Rs. 140.
