Sir's i want to know the process to register a firm or continuing the manpower provider business. Actually one of my friend is going to start a business as a manpower provider in different fields like corporate offices, call centres & manufacturing companies. But he wants to know what is the legal process? Does he need to register in tax? Is he need to get labor contract? Also in EPF and ESIC. Can anyone brief me the whole process? Actually I don't know so much about legal.
