Dear Experts,
Please guide me on preparing HR reports for Management for the first time. It is a small organization of about 150 employees but we have never prepared any reports/metrics earlier. Now the management wants to know the following reports: Hiring Efficiency, Attrition rate with the proposal on how to curb it, Employee Satisfaction Measurement, Training Effectiveness, and Productivity per person. Kindly help me prepare the same.
