Need to prepare an Induction manual for my organization. Could ne1 tell what all to be included and should it just be a "HR manual" or critical inputs / policies from other deptts. such as Finance / Network security should also be there.
Any samples for reference wud be gr8.

You can give brief idea of your company business in Induction manual, also mention functions of all department. give brief idea of organization hierarchy , rules and regulation , organization ethic , values. do not forgot to give idea about appraisal , salary revision policy, leave policy , attendance policy, any mobile policy if your organization have.
