Dear All,
Pls give some suggestions of organising employee wellness programmes, apart from yoga, that can be practiced for half n hour to an hours time in the office. And how to generate interest regarding the same in employees?

Hi Ranjit,
You could think of mind churing games as well like crosswords, quizzes, etc.
You could think of music. Music soothes the nerves.
Dancing (Krumping and Salsa) are another modern and trendy option.
What we do is organise different societys in companies. Employees depeing on their interest join a particular society. And the HR employee engagement team then takes care of the updates, schedules, etc.
Hope this helps....
