Dear Seniors,
Please throw some light on how the ERP SOFTWARES are supporting the generation of on-line ESI AND EPF STATEMENTS, as our company is planning to buy an ERP software.
Why I am checking here is, the ERP vendors are all claiming that it will work. But, if we ask for demo, they are not coming back with answers. That is why?
Please help me.
cheers,
Advaidhi.

Which erp are you looking at ?
Sarla is not an erp.
Sap and oracle both have hr modules
Plus they have specific localisation modules that provide for local statutory requirements (plus lakhs / cross and debit / credit which sap and oracle don't have)
The reasons they are not showing it is probably cause they don't have it.
Speak to other companies they have already worked with and check if they are satisfied with the solutions provided wrt pf and esic.
In the worst case, you will need to generate data from sap and upload it in the pf esic systems.
Some software also have the ability to interface with sap / oracle, pull relevant data from it and give it in the format that the statutory authorities want
