Dear Atul Kumar,
The bank a/c details which you have given in your PF applications (Form 19 & 10C) is not an online bank a/c or if the account is deactivated or if the IFSC code does not match to your bank account, the amount will be returned to PF office. The status may show has your a/c is settled. Your may enquire in PF office where you have submitted the your application.
Your have to submit the Re-authorization Form attested by your employer along with bank a/c details with correct IFSC code mentioned on it.
Herewith Find attachment of Re-authorization Form.
Note: Your have apply in 2 sets individually for FORM 19 & 10C
