Dear All,
I was working in a company for 4 years and 6 months. After resigning, I applied for my PF on 28th Dec '16. Upon checking the claim status through the online portal, it shows that the claim request is in process.
Today, I received a NEFT transfer stating that PF amount of Rs. 19,044 has been credited to my bank account. However, when I checked my PF share (employee's share), it amounts to Rs. 37,600. I am quite worried and confused. I would be very grateful if anyone could suggest what I should do now, as I have not even received the amount which I have contributed.
Regards,
Manas

wait for few days, and download the passbook again, i think there is multiple employers and only a single employer account is settled
Please check, because in the current EPF online system error is not possible. If there, you have to check EPF annual slip. If your actual balance is Rs. 37,600/-, they have settled only Rs. 19,044/-. The balance they have to settle. For getting your balance due amount, you have to wait until the above said amount Rs. 19,044/- will be credited into your account. Once the EPF amount is credited to your bank account, you have to write a letter to the EPF regional commissioner. In this letter, you have to clearly mention your issue. Along with the letter, you have to enclose the EPF annual slip and a copy of the above said EPF amount credited bank passbook.
Please get the acknowledgment for the letter submission, they will take action automatically.

Employer share is 12%, of this 8.33% is towards Pension. Only 3.67% goes to PF. Total PF is 12+3.67= 15.67% per month. And this reflects in your account.

Dear Manas,
I think that you have filled both forms, i.e., Form 19 for EPF and Form 10C for EPS. The amount credited might be for 10C and Form 19, with the amount yet to be credited to your account. Please wait and see.
From your contribution, it seems that the amount of Rs. 19,044 is related to 10C, with 8.33% going towards EPS. The amounts for both the Employee and Employer are yet to be credited under Form 19.
Thanks,
