Hi Bucha,
I empathize with you.
Do you have any written job description and KRA? If not please get clarify the expectations. Most of the time, employee thinks that he is doing well, however manager thinks that he is not doing well.
This is due to mismatched expectations, lack of proper JD and performance management system.
You mentioned that he is also under probation, It means that he is new and he may not be aware what you did in past.
Please make a document what you did in past and what you actually delivered and present to the boss and your CEO.
Please read following articles on expectation management. You can also send the link to your boss

Not recommended to labour court as it will be difficult for you to furnish measureable proof of your performance...

In absence of written KRA's officially recieved by you & in absence of regular review of KRA's rating, how will you justify??? HR , yes in terms of recruitment... you can measure the positions, closed, joined, TAT but some areas are subjective.

Do you have all your KRA's in writting?

Do you have regular review 7 assesment of your KRA sheets ratings, duly signed & approved by Manager?

Do you have Payroll cost month wise & trend analysis... to prove how you achieved to reduce cost?

Do you have any appreciation letter?

Have you been issued confirmation letter?

apart from this... there will be many other factors....

Better talk to your Manager...

YOUR ATTITUDE IS NOT CORRECT BY SAYING' I WANT TO RETURN TO MANAGER'..............

BETTER SEARCH FOR ANOTHER GOOD JOB....PEACEFULY & JOIN OTHER GROUP!

If your employers are not happy with your job, it's time to move on
You have talked to your CEO and he has done nothing. That means he agrees with your manager about your lack of performance.
The labour officer can do nothing.
Increments and salary levels (other than minimum wages) are at the discretion of the company. So it's their choice.
Have you tried to u der stand from your manager why he believes that your performance is not up to the mark ?
