Hr Report should contain following things
1. No of new joinees in a month
2. No of People Left
3. Rate of Attrition
4. Increments in that particular month
5.Activities/ decisions Happened in that Month
6. Trainings in the month
7.Classification of Current Emloyees with Male & Female Ratio
8. Leaves in that Particular month
9.Plans for the comg month

1. list of New recruits with sources
2. list of Attrites
3. List of Promotion
4. list of transfer if any (in case of transfer to a different location)
5. Entire Headcount report with Grade, Team and Monthly CTC
6. List of Legal cases/ Memo's given
7. HR Provisioning ( Budget Vs Cost )
