You can get that exact course at ISTD(Indian socitey of Training & Development) dehli.
they also provide distance learning option and fees for that are around 14k-15k and duration is 1yr.

well i dont suppose anything wrong doing a correspondence course from areputed insttitute like ISTD.If you have a job right now then its the best as u will have degree while working and they also provide placement.I am taking admissions for the same in this week.

I think they have mentioned many "or's" one of them is 2yrs of experience and other is masters degree ie MBA (HR) / MA psychology if you have completed any of these i dont suppose there will be any problem in getting through as experience criteria wont be applicable to you.
