I would like to help you on this but answer me what type of industry you have entered? well with my little knowledge i have given some topics according to the nature of different industries....
If it is a manufacturing sector, you can do in employees' welfare, Effectiveness of preventive measures adopted in the factory in context to work accidents, Effectiveness of industrial relation policies at the organization.
If it is a insurance company then you can opt for motivation level of employees and financial advisors, Effectiveness of training programs, Reason for agents turnover, competency mapping in relation to sales managers' input and output.
If it is a IT/BPO, you can do in stress management, attrition level,compensation plans, knowledge management, Analyzing different personality traits of team leaders.
Apart from these topics, there are few general topics like Absenteeism, job satisfaction, Effectiveness of recruitment policy at the organization and performance appraisal....
