Dear Friends,
Anyone with experience in General HR, can switch to SAP. But, once you change the field you will be part of the normal IT professionals. As far as scope and career is concerned, there is lot of potentials in SAP HR and also in terms of compensation. But the work will be challenging. Even in this recession affected market, there are plenty of opportunities available. But one has to involve him/her fully into the same, do complete R&D, etc. Hope this clears some doubt.
