Being a fresher, how can I get an experience when there's no position for freshers in the companies?

I am in the final semester of my MBA in HR. Being a fresher, I am looking for jobs apart from placement but they all require work experience. How can I get a job when there is always a minimum criterion for work experience?

You need to keep trying for an opening. All of us started our HR career without experience and enriched ourselves as we progressed in our careers. More than experience, it is an attitude to learn that matters
