My sister has been working in Infosys for the last three years. In June 2024, due to her medical issues, she asked for medical leave from the office along with attached reports. However, HR considered this false documentation because her doctor's prescription was with her official name, and her test reports consisted of her nickname. After a lot of mental pressure and stress, they put a case on her.

My sister even gave the affidavit to the company, and after that, the company closed the case, but after one 1-month, the company again re-opened the case, stating that she misconduct the company policy and her HR terminated her because she argued with HR because she was in a lot stress and constant mental pressure by the company from last four months... and before termination my sister already applied for resignation and she even got the resignation acceptance mail. ...but still, they are considering it as termination and not providing a revealing letter…

First, it is not legal to issue a termination letter to an employee who is applying for a resignation. On the other hand, it is also illegal to terminate anyone by specifying his/her guilt.
