Dear Jayashree,

While designing policies for your organisation, you need to divide policies into two categories viz statutory policies and HR policies. For the former, it is better to hire a local consultant. For the latter, you may avail of my services. The list of the policies that I can help you in designing is given in the attachment.

I will provide all the policies at free of cost provided you hire my services for the establishment of a "Performance Management System" (PMS) in your organisation. Consulting on PMS is only chargeable.

To know more about my consulting services on PMS, you may click here to download the PPT.

By the way, to know what happens when a proper recruitment policy is not there, you may click the following link. There was voluminous discussion on it.

This is lavina based in Mumbai, I would like to seek some suggestion on the below query.

I had started a recruitment agency in Oct 2015, However initial days were very hard to survive because we hired 2 recruiters but they were not able to meet their targets. But now we managed to survive till date, but we are still at no profit no loss. We hire good recruiters but they don't join.

Is it that i am going wrong some where? From last six months i am not able to get new clients, i am personally doing recruitment and fetching new clients as well, i am able to close only 4-5 profiles in a per month. Can anyone in this forum help me as i want to grow and its very hard to make a decision like closing the company. I have made lot of efforts to reach here. Surviving in City like Mumbai is very tough, Its very important for me to earn profit as i bear some loans.

Please Help.

Hello all !
I am an HR intern with a Consumer Services Company (Flight booking portal) and I have been given the responsibility of formulating a HR policy since it is a startup and have no proper HR structure as such. But as I have no first hand experience in HR, I am a bit confused. What all should be included in the policy? And is JD mentioned in the policy in detail ?? Please help.
Thanks an Regards,
