How A Mba(hr) Should Start A Training Career?


hi
m mba (hr) with 1 year experience as HR Executive in the construction industry.
m interested in a career in corporate training.
plz advice how i should go about, if i want to provide training (behavioural, interpersonal, soft skills) as a freelancer.

i am miniaxi you can joint good course in area of organization behaviour or also can joint which is related to OD so for that you can joint HRD institute or in any management center you take joint a work shop it will help you lots
