I am an HR intern currently working on policies. I am looking for travel policies of companies with dealings in India and abroad. Specifically, the concessions given to women employees as far as travel is concerned. My project involves benchmarking the travel policy with an emphasis on DEI and gender. If you could share the travel policy of your company, which is recent and incorporates the uncertainties like the covid pandemic, then it would be very helpful for me.
