Dear Francisca and Simhan sir
Thank you for the post and links.
Francisca's PDF is crux of TNA and useful to have quick understanding.
I am presently going through a book "Training in Organizations" 4th edition (Authors: Irwin L. Goldstein and J. Kevin Ford) it covers Training need assessment, TNA phases, development, evaluation, training delivery and many other topics. I am finding this book very helpful in gaining in-depth understanding.
