This is jayakumar, working as a senior HR executive with MLM co. I am so confused, what designation will be suitable for our employees. They are doing process or back office work its like data entry job.
Which designation will be more suitable?

Hi jaya
You can go ahead with designations for such kind of roles either as an Executive or Officer.
Eg: If an employee working for your processes you can designate him as Executive and if data entry you can designate them as Officer.
And also the designation structure has to be mapped according to the experience levels.

Thanks for your reply. In my co, there is no performance appraisal for the past years, and I want to make it properly, but I don't know, how to evaluate their performance because max no. of employee's are doing the job as like data entry process. So can you clarify me any other way to do this easily.

you can do self appraisal for your employees. self appraisal is best for data entry process.
