As I am a Placement executive in very big group,Raisoni Group of Institutions which is a conglomerate of 4o+ institutions.We are having our Training & Placement Officer.But as Placement Executive I also have to invite the companies to our campus.So My tension is how can I do it? as there is separate TPO.How can I take initiative in this regards.

This is Bhushan Bansal, you question is too simple. As i tried to open the website of your college then the google is throughing an error on that.
1. You institute should have a good and simple website.
2. the company also see the standard of the students of the college.
3. Wi-Fi oriented, College Activity - involve all the things in the profile...
Above are some things on which you can work on the behalf of the college.
Now for calling companies, make a simple profile of your college and contact with the HR - Managers of the good organisations.keep calling the company you should get good results.
