Dear All,
I recently joined an IT company where the co. assigned me a job to develope basic training module for different profile like sales coordinators, technical professionals, back end team etc.
The aim of this training module is to give the basic idea of job profile to new joinees. When new employee join the co. he/she should get into the action at very next day with the help of this training module(ppt presentation).
I never never develope such module, I do not know from where to start, please help me to get out of this situation.

From the inputs you gave, it looks like we need to make new joinees aware of their roles and responsibilities and they kick start from the day one.
I suggest that you go through all the positions for which you need to make the training module.
Understand all the positions clearly and then start drafting your module from the start>
Getting Prapared: Understanding all positions and drafting actual content of the training program, You need to know how much time you would like to take to induct the person. Methodology that you would like to adapt etc...
Getting Started: Is it that you only will give training or are they some experts who would be part of this training, if so share info from that expert to get you inputs right on Training Content and then
Defining Course content
Organizing the Training:
Your Training Program may include few things about:
ALL It requires in your module is
What you want to share with new employees about the job
What is your company into
What does the person need to do to get his job right
What are companies expetations and goals/Tragets for him.
