I recently switched my company and joined an Education Industry, would need a help as here I have to support one of my colleague in making the Induction and On-boarding SOP.
We have a Induction ppt which we use while providing the Induction training but here we dont have any process to follow the things to make an employee on boarding smooth and transparent
From Induction(period) OJT(days), Buddy assigning, KRA explanation with getting the employee on Floor and all HR connects with the timelines and who will be the responsible person for the same.
Can somebody send me a prepared SOP so that I can edit it as my organisation policies.
