Hello Seniors
Recently we remove one of our staff on immidiate basis, cause of misbehave with the seniors, not ready to follow the orders of the seniors, & Some days back our manager comes to know that she had tried for another job without any info to us, when we ask about the same he refuse the same. But after some days he come to us saying that he want to leave tha job. Sothat management take such hard n fast decsion for that staff.
But that staff is now asking for leave salary payment where the management is not ready to pay the leave salary.
Is it compulsary to pay him?
Pls send ur reply to

dear madhura
still we think about the system of bounded labour and talk about professionalism.you have terminated him or he has resigned that is seprate issue but if someone gone for interview without informing is his fundamental right.you can not force any one that he should not go for any interview without your knowledge.the decision taken at your end ,does not seems to be justified.
now come to your point ,you have to pay leave encashment of his balance leave at the time of full and final settlement.it is his legal dues.so why management does not want to pay his legal dues?
if u refuse to pay he can take through court also.
i suggest you pay his dues and forget what has happened.
