2) stress management of employees
3)work life balance
4)performance management
pl suggest me to select a good topic, whose data shud b easily available for me to get it from net including questionare and all.
According to u which topic will be good to choose as my specialisation is HR. As now a days recruitment and selection topic has became common for all. i want to go wth the topic which wil b useful also. pl suggest me sum topics from ur side.

You need to choose a topic based on certain criteria: 1. Rank the topics in descending order of your passion for it; 2. Discuss with the mentor where you are likely to do the project what their needs are (again rank them in the order of importance); 3. Accessibility to resources (for example, if your study requires quantitative studies or cause-and-effect studies, have you got access to software, knowledge of statistical tests or help with those, etc., time and money, if a large scale survey is required).
None of us can decide the topic for you without knowing what you know, what access you have, etc.
