I really want to do job for myself. HR is my passion. Looking forward to positivity and hope to get a job WFH SOON.

Make a beginning, may be small. Your ten years experience as a generalist in HR is not counting much weight as you have not become specialist in any field. Probably you may join some short term on line course on subjects like SAP, Data Analytics, Counselling etc may add better chances

Dear Member,
Your question is "Why Is It Difficult To Get A Job After A Sabbatical?" Have you checked the definition of sabbatical? Is your query consistent with the definition?
It appears that there was a break in your career due to family expansion and when you wish to restart your career, you are finding difficulty in getting a job. However, taking a break to develop one's education is different from the break taken due to family obligation. The preceding member has suggested you do an advanced course in HR nevertheless, the important fact is the ability to give accurate references of the terminology associated with the HR field. If there is an inconsistency then you need to fix this inconsistency first.
All the best!
