Hello colleagues.
I understand my query may look a little out of place given the current employment market situation but nevertheless this will be something we all will need to begin researching soon (if like me we havent done so yet :icon1:)
We are in the midst of planning/ budgetting for salary increase 2010 (i.e. performance cycle 2009 with salary increase effective april 2010).
I am aware that Hewitt's salary increase survey and other such reports will be published post August '09.
Is there any other source I can use (other then commissioning a survey) to find out indicative inflation rates and salary increase % 2009 - 2010 ?
Thanks in advance for your help
