Selling is science when studied and it is an art when applied. Sales persons need to put up with lot of pressures from the market. Therefore, training them on "Positive Thinking" should be helpful to you. There are methods to measure "Adversity Quotient" also. You can measure the AQ of each sales person and then train them on improving this quotient.
