Management Trainee is basically a designation given to a normal employee who is joining from a MBA course. In alternate, they may be actual trainees. You have not specified which is applicable for your company.
If they are real trainees, you need to see that rules that are in your Standing Orders and follow them. If they are in the factory, minimum leave to be given is 1 day for every 20 days worked, which means 18 paid leave for full calendar year of working.
This is apart from weekly offs.

Dear Friend,
Hi
Any person employed in any organization is an employee irrespective of their designations. Management Trainee is a fixed term employee unless absorbed in the main stream after successful completion of notice period, once absorbed he becomes a regular employee. Hence Management Trainee is eligible for leaves as other employees.
Warm Regards
