Dear members, Our company got the employer log in credentials under ESI at the time of incorporation itself. ESI became applicable from April 2024. Now we are applying for Establishment code. We are facing following issues while filling the application.
1) We are not allowed to fill our bank details.
2) In the exact nature of the work box, the drop-down list only gives exclusive labour contracts/security agencies/contractors supplying labour. We do not belong to this category. We are into Engineering consulting business. Because of this a demand for payment of advance contribution is calculated. We are unable to choose the appropriate category of business.
It is stopping us from completing the registration process. Please guide us through this matter. It will be of great help.
