Hi, Please help me I want to write an email to employee who is not served his notice period and asking for his salary. According to company policy employee serve 2 months notice period but i negotiate and asked him to serve 15 days notice period but he called after so many days and said i am not coming please pay me the salary.
Kindly help me to write an email.

Hi,

Is 2 months notice period is already mentioned in the Appointment letter ? If 2 months notice period clause is already mentioned in the Appointment letter then you can ask employee to serve proper notice period as per the terms and conditions agreed by the employee. If the employee is not reporting to office after resignation then you need to serve letter to him through "Registered Post With Acknowledgement Due " (RPAD).

Ref : Your Resignation letter dated

Vide your resignation letter dated ___ you had submitted your resignation. During the discussion you had with Management Representative you were advised to serve proper notice period as per the terms and conditions of your employment. However you are not reporting to duty with effect from____. The above Act of yours is a serious misconduct as per the rules and regulations applicable to this Organisation. You had grossly shirked your responsibilities by staying away from duty without sufficient cause, reason or information thereby acting in a manner prejudicial to the interest of the Organization.

You are hereby directed to report to office on or before_____________ and to serve minimum notice period of 15 days as per our telephonic discussion on_____ failing which we will be constrained to proceed with disciplinary action as deem fit in law.
