The best way is to read lots of articles, especially editorials and opinions in newspapers. You may check up Editorial Junction a fantastic site that brings the best of editorials and opinions from various newspapers on a single platform.

This surly will help -
1) Think in English only
2 ) Read News paper as very loud very day ( 30 mins to 1 hrs)
3) Stand or sit in front of mirror while doing so ( observer yourself and your way of speaking - don't try to change anything- change will come by itself over time )
4) 2nd month onwards try imitating English news readers loudly (I prefer BBC)
You will notice the change within 1 month. If you can do this for 6 months, life long you will have very fluent English.
